Pur-Zen Wellness is your one-stop-shop massage & wellness facility that specializes in, reflexology, Thai Yoga massages, Thai deep Tissue,  reiki energy, Bio Feed back , chakra balancing , yoga and wellness classes . If you don’t know which treatment you need, we’ll take the time to study your habits and determine the pressure, temperature, and motion best suited for your body’s condition in our massage treatments .

We have opened our home to be our new location for wellness . 

We are ever evolving our space to make it more conforming for wellness - the view is absolutely breath taking ! The birds are forever singing and a sense of serenity will surely waft over you as you drive up to our home .

Pur-ZEN Wellness is the sister business of Pur-ZEN Fitness , PurZEN Wellness has now taken over this website and will take on a new look and new business practice - we hope that you understand the sadness and loss that our community felt when we closed , However Teresa is doing the best that she can to revive her wellness tribe and keep her classes going - if you are interested in Classes now in Osoyoos please contact me personally .

Prior to my first visit, I couldn’t even move my neck from side to side. Now I can move my neck in all motions and even participate in activities that I love--like salsa dancing!
