​We’ve all admired dancers bodies as they are typically fit with long lean muscles. Barre classes are an energetic, fun workout that combines fitness techniques from:

  • Dance
  • Pilates
  • Yoga

​It will tone, define and chisel the whole body. And you don’t even need any dance experience! The  Barre  is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with added cardio to NOT ONLY burn fat fast, but CHISEL , leave this class feeling energized and flirty !

It's low-impact but high-intensity. And when you're done, you'll feel that exhilarating glow that comes with doing something great for your body. The Muscle Sculpting of Pilates: Challenging yoga-inspired moves define long, lean muscles. aerobic 128 bpm music to keep you goovin'.

BEACHBODY

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, TRX , Ballet Barre used for balance and support . We do only standing exercises - and systematically exercise the body . Classes will educate on mindfulness of movement . combining Weights , aerobic intervals , standing pilates ,  TRX and Thai Chi cool down .

We offer non-heated, warm, and infrared heated yoga classes. Our wide variety of classes will ensure a comfortable and positive experience for students at any level of practice.

We measure the six key metrics of your daily and historical performance, and email you the results after each ride to help you track the progress of your fitness journey.

 New to the TRX and just getting started? Start with this simple TRX workout as you increase total-body flexibility, promote mobility and stability and develop core strength. This class focuses on technique, flexibility, balance, and strength by developing basic foundation exercises through easy to follow progressions.
