TRX - Personal Training Sessions

To shy to attend a class. TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercise to develop strength, balance flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of TRX suspension trainers , a high performance training tool that leverages gravity and uses body weight to complete the exercise.

​Weight Training 
Get the 411 on training at the gym , finding a solid routine to master your muscles . Our trainer will either offer a orientation of free weights or take you to the gym to run you through the machines . for a more in depth training we suggest a consultation to get a real feel of your goals and how we can get you working on your own as fast as possible . 

Personal Threshold Training- Cycling Performance 
Find your "critical power" level. Using the Personal Threshold number that the system has calculated based on your FTP test, riders are able to perform zone training for their individual sustainable power levels in your regular group classes.
FTP test out - 30 minutes

Book the entire studio—including your very own ZEN Instructor—for a private event for your team, your friends, or your charity event.
