*please note , there is a 4 clients minimum to run classes, we reserve the right to cancel .This doesn't happen often but Weather and sudden cancellations do happen.

Doors open 15 minutes prior to class.
Please note we do not accept telephone registrations or cancellations.

You can book your classes up to 2 weeks in advance.
All new accounts and bookings will require a credit card to be held on file.
If a class is full, we highly recommend you add yourself to the waitlist. If a spot in the class opens up, you will automatically be added to the class you are wait listed for and you will receive a confirmation email/text that you must reply to in order to confirm or decline your reservation.
If you placed your name on a wait list it is your responsibility to remove your name from the wait list if you are not able to attend.
Members must be checked in at least 5 minutes before the class is scheduled to start otherwise your spot may be given to a walk-in guest.

All cancellations must be made through your online account and cannot be made over the phone or via email.
You may cancel reservations up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled start time of your enrolled class.
Reservations cancelled after this period will not be refunded and you will be charged for the class as a late fee or a no show fee.
If you do not cancel or show up, one class will be deducted from your class passes, or in the case of a membership, a $10 charge will be applied to the credit card associated with your account.  
Doors close exactly on start time , so don't be late !  ~ we respect your time , our other clients time , please respect theirs too!
